What is FurnitureAndDecor.Com's DELIVERY policy?In order to offer the lowest prices possible to all of our customers, we have discontinued our offer of free delivery inside the contiguous United States. The result of this is lower total cost for all customers. Currently our only delivery option is "sidewalk" delivery. With "sidewalk" delivery, you will be notified in advance of when to expect delivery. You must arrange to have someone present during the scheduled delivery time to accept the delivery. We recommend having two people in good health standing by to help move the furniture inside. It is very important that you unpack and inspect the furniture before you sign the bill of lading. Don't worry, the freight company driver will not leave until you sign the bill of lading, so take your time and do a complete inspection. Back to Top
What about INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?Delivery outside the contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories) is available. FurnitureAndDecor.Com will make delivery to your preferred shipping company. You will be responsible for taxes and duties. Our parent company does have experience shipping to the Caribbean, and our customers assure us that even when adding in the cost of exchange rates, customs, and shipping, our prices offer a substantial savings. What is FurnitureAndDecor.Com's track record?Although our "click and order" store is fairly new (all .com stores are), our "brick and mortar" stores have been "open for business" for over twenty-five years. Our current store has been located at 9897 Gulf Blvd, Treasure Island, Florida for over thirteen years. We are an actual store, and not just a "factory order taker". Most of the factories and wholesalers we do business with have been established for over seventy-five years. We own, not lease, our company properties, and we can assure you that we will be here, if and when you need additional service. Back to Top
What about "special" orders?In order to better manage inventory and to provide a reasonable delivery schedule, we have chosen to limit the number of items listed at our online store. However, if you would like something that you do not see listed at this site, contact sales@furnitureanddecor.com with as much information as you can and we will make every effort to satisfy your need. How do I place my order?The fastest way to place your order is to phone your order in at (727) 360-4841 (ask for online sales), or you can mail your order to Furniture and Decor, 9897 Gulf Blvd, Treasure Island, Fl, 33706. What types of payment are accepted?We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. All payments must be in U.S. funds. How soon will I receive my order?Living room suites should arrive in eight (8) weeks or less. All other items should arrive in four (4) weeks or less. We'll make every effort to maintain this schedule, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. Back to Top
Can I cancel my order?All orders may be cancelled without cause within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the time the order was placed. Just e-mail sales@furnitureanddecor.com with your full name, address, e-mail address and your request to cancel the order. After the initial twenty-four hours, cancellations will be granted only if factory production has not been ordered (for living room suites) or if we do not have the stock on hand and we have been advised by our vendors of a back-order status. In order to be able to offer our level of quality merchandise at our low prices, we must insist that "all sales are final". Back to Top
